Pricing FAQ
What counts as an SMS interaction?
An inbound capture and its confirmation count together as one interaction. Each outbound reminder or rollup counts as one. If you reach the cap, Emberel keeps working over email and never adds an overage charge.
What does unlimited voice mean?
Pro and Power have no monthly voice-minute meter for normal personal use. File-size, security, and automated-abuse safeguards still apply.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down anytime from the billing portal. Changes are prorated automatically.
What if a payment fails?
We retry and email you, with a grace period before anything changes. We never delete your data over a failed charge.
Refunds?
If Emberel isn’t for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it.
