Free trial
Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you’re never charged.
One-click cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal in a single click — no phone call, no email required, no retention flow. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If Emberel isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. We honor the refund window we advertise.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade anytime; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Failed payments (dunning)
If a payment fails, we retry and email you, with a grace period before anything changes. We never delete your data because of a failed charge.
