What exactly is a Spark?
Everything you capture in Emberel is a Spark. Emberel figures out what it is — a reminder, task, note, checklist, or link — gives it a title, keeps the details, and brings it back when it matters. You can change any of it, in a tap or by simply telling Emberel.
Is SMS included in every plan?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a monthly SMS interaction allowance. The code, consent flow, and usage limits are ready; sending remains disabled until carrier A2P approval and the production number are active.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically — there’s no card on file during the trial. We email you before it ends; add a plan to keep going, and you can cancel in one click anytime.
Can Claude or ChatGPT use my Emberel memory?
Yes — on Pro and Power, Emberel speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connect your assistant once, approve it on an Emberel consent screen, and it can capture Sparks, search your memory, check your day, and set reminders — right from the conversation.
Do I own my data?
Always. Export everything whenever you like, and delete your account yourself from settings.
How is my privacy handled?
Privacy-first and ad-free. We use no advertising trackers and never sell your personal data.
